"Surprisingly sturdy and just kind of nice to use"
I wasn’t expecting much, but these bags feel really solid. Like, I pulled one out thinking it’d be the usual flimsy thing, and then halfway through using it I realized I wasn’t even worrying about it ripping. That’s probably the best sign. No complaints from me so far.

The minimums ended up being reasonable. I thought I’d need way more bags than I actually did, so that’s on me for assuming it would be a bigger hassle than it was.

"Discount worked and showed up on my receipt"
I found a discount on Creative Bag quickly, and I was a little surprised that it actually worked at checkout. I was just ordering some bags and a few smaller supplies, so the savings were nice. The discount showed up clearly on my email receipt too, which I always like to double-check. A lot of sites have codes that end up being expired or useless, so this was a good experience. I’d definitely check them again before placing another order

As someone who always seems to find things right after they’re sold out, I was happy to see this was actually in stock. Simple, but it made the whole order way less frustrating.

I ordered from Creativebag recently it was fine overall. They do have some nice products, but the pricing felt a bit all over the place to me. A few things seemed fair, but on my last order I noticed a couple items were cheaper on other sites, and the shipping added more than I expected. Maybe I’m just judging them a lot based on that recent experience, but right now I’d say they’re decent, just not the best if you’re trying to get the lowest price.

"Really helpful staff, good overall experience"
The staff was really, really nice and helped me figure out what size bags I actually needed. I had a couple of questions, and they answered them fast without making anything feel complicated. I’m taking one star off because checkout was a little slow, slow enough to notice, but overall I’m happy with the help I got.

"Decent price for a bulk order"
I ordered a bunch of bags for our small shop, and the bulk price seemed decent compared to a few other places I checked. Shipping took a little longer than I was expecting, though, and a few of the bags felt kind of thinner than I thought they would. Overall, I guess it was okay, not bad, but not exactly impressive either. I might order again if the price stays low, but I’m not totally sure yet.

"Material options felt a bit limited"
I was looking for bags in a specific paper weight, ideally with a nicer recycled option, but I couldn’t find much that matched what I needed. A lot of the product info felt basic, so I kept having to guess instead of feeling sure about what I was choosing.
The prices seemed okay overall, but I really wish the site made the material choices easier to compare. I ended up ordering less than I originally planned because I just wasn’t confident enough in the options.

I did see some bag designs I genuinely liked, but the overall selection felt limited. For a brand selling bags, I’d expect more variety in styles, colors, and sizes. It’s not bad, but they should definitely take customer feedback seriously and do a better job giving people more options.

"Pickup ended up being more hassle than it was worth"
I figured doing local pickup would be quicker, but it was kind of a headache. The pickup hours were not great for my schedule, and even after making it work, I still felt like I was standing around waiting too long. Like, the whole point was to save time, but it ended up being more annoying than just having it shipped. I probably won’t bother with pickup again...

"Packaging could’ve been a little sturdier"
The packaging was just okay. I noticed a couple of the bags started ripping quickly, especially around the seams and corners, which was a bit annoying. Nothing too dramatic, but I do wish the material felt a little thicker or more reinforced.

"Second order was kind of disappointing"
I ordered from them again, but this time it just wasn’t great, wasn’t great at all. Shipping took longer than I expected, and a few of the bags showed up bent. I did reach out to support and they replied, but they weren’t very helpful, not really helpful.

I did end up getting my refund, so I guess it worked out in the end. The return just took longer than I thought it would, which was a bit annoying, but at least it got resolved

"Support helped, but I felt a bit misled"
I had a small issue setting up our business account and support did get it sorted quickly. They were easy to talk to and didn’t waste time, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel a bit misled at first because the setup sounded more straightforward than it actually was. In the end it worked out, but the experience wasn’t quite what I expected.

I wanted to check out a few samples before deciding, but not everything I was interested in was available. From the way the site sounded, I kind of assumed there would be more options to try first. The site itself was fine overall, just a bit frustrating when I couldn’t get samples for everything I wanted.

"Sounded better in the description"
I thought these bags were going to be a bit sturdier based on the description, but when they arrived they felt thinner than I expected. The sizing was also a little confusing, so I wasn’t totally sure I ordered the right ones. I did reach out to support and they basically said something like, “the measurements are listed, but we understand it can be hard to tell online,” which was fair, I guess. They’re not terrible or unusable, just not quite what I had in mind

I placed my order at the beginning of the month and thought it would show up within a few days. By the end of the first week, I was still waiting, and it didn’t arrive until almost two weeks later. The product was fine, but the shipping time was frustrating.
